How to Get a Library Card

Anyone who lives, works, or owns property is eligible to apply for an AHPL library card. Oakland University and OCC Auburn Hills campus students and faculty are eligible to apply for an AHPL College E-Card.

Application for a library card may be made online (below) or at the library circulation desk.

Application for the College E-Card is online only.

What do I need to bring?

Applicants must show identification indicating current name and address. For Business, you will be asked to show identification along with proof of your current employment. For children under 18 years of age, applications must have the signature or indicate the name of a parent(s), guardian(s), or other responsible adult(s) over 18.
