Community Voices, Shared Vision: Read Our Learning Report
Throughout March 2025, the Auburn Hills Public Library invited community members to participate in a survey to help shape our new strategic plan. This plan will guide our services, programs, and initiatives for the coming years—and thanks to your incredible participation, it’s being built with your voices at the center.
We’re deeply grateful for the thoughtful input we received from 394 survey respondents, as well as the 35 community members who joined focus groups and one-on-one interviews. Your insights are helping us better understand how the Library—and the City of Auburn Hills—can continue to grow and serve our community.
We’re excited to share our Learning Report, which highlights the key themes, ideas, and feedback gathered through this process. It reflects the strong support for the Library as a vital community resource and offers a foundation for the next steps in our strategic planning.
