You only have access to this fossilrich land for the 2026 calendar year, so dig fast and uncover as many stories as you can before the year ends. Monthly digs happen all year long:
Example: Read The Book of Secrets → 1 point. Write a review → +1 point. If it’s on the Winter list → +1 point. That’s 3 points from one book!

Register on Beanstack to track your fossils (books!) and points, or stop by the library to sign up in person.
How to Write a Review for Race 200
Writing a review is a fun way to share your reading experience and earn extra points in the challenge! Here’s what you need to know:
One review per book — keep it fresh and unique.
No minimum word count — say as much or as little as you’d like. (There is a maximum, set by Beanstack.)
Go beyond the summary — tell us what you thought!
Spoilers ahead? Give other readers a heads up if your review reveals key plot points.
Keep it kind — reviews with harassing, threatening, or hateful language will be rejected.
We reserve the right to remove a review at any time, for any reason.
Sharing your words — by submitting a review, you’re giving the library permission to feature it in our marketing, including shelf talkers, social media, and other fun ways to inspire fellow readers.
