Once an item is placed in a locker, it is available for pickup for 7 days. Please call (248) 370-8122 or email (support@ahplibrary.org) if you cannot pick up the item(s).
You will receive an email after the item is placed in the 24/7 Hold Lockers, letting you know your item is ready to be picked up.
For any technical issues with the Library Lockers, please call (248) 370-8122 during normal business hours.
You must empty the locker completely. Any unwanted items can be placed in the 24-hour return slots.

No, they will not. Please make sure to close the locker doors after you have collected your items.
The lockers have an automated system that checks out every item stored inside your assigned locker to your account. If you have an item that you no longer want to keep, please place it in the 24 Hour Returns drop. This way, we can ensure that the item is removed from your account. If you leave any items behind in the locker, they will remain on your account.
You can pick up books, movies, and music from the lockers. However, the Library of Things, Technology, and New Arrivals are not available for locker holds.
